Tally RSVP not showing
Check that the form is published and that you pasted the embed URL from Share > Embed, not the editor URL. Keep the direct RSVP fallback link enabled so guests can still RSVP if an embed is blocked.
Tally duplicate link does not work
Use the Tally AI prompt from the setup page or the RSVP blueprint in the template docs to rebuild the form manually. Then publish the form and copy both the direct URL and embed URL.
Vercel deploy button asks for accounts
That is expected. Vercel needs to know where to create the project and which Git provider should receive the cloned template.
Paid but lost setup access
Open the setup page in the same browser you used for checkout. If that does not work, email support with your purchase email and Stripe receipt number so we can confirm payment and resend the setup link. You can still manage billing from the billing page.
AI changed too much
Paste the fix-it prompt from the setup page and instruct the AI to restore the RSVP component, preserve the fallback button, and only edit content/site.config.js unless necessary.
Custom domain
Custom domains are optional. In Vercel, add the domain to your project and follow the DNS instructions from your domain registrar. Keep the free Vercel URL if you do not want to edit DNS records.
